Our homeowner’s association consists of 33 (24 two-story, 9 one-story) 2-bedroom residential dwelling units, situated on 5.6 acres of manicured, park like grounds. We overlook the beautiful 7th and 8th holes of the Links at Perry Cabin Golf Course, all within the fabulous community of Martingham. Many of us are full time, while others use our peaceful setting for weekends and summertime getaways. Swan Road Villas (SRV) is the closest condominium community to the Martingham waterfront Community Park, a 3-minute walk. The park has shaded picnic tables and Adirondack chairs for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent water views and watching all the activity on the Miles River. We hope you will visit the park and enjoy the shaded seating and gathering areas on the property.

Unit owners and residents of Swan Road Villas are bound by our own Declaration, By-Laws, and Rules & Regulations. While these take precedent over the Martingham Property Owners Association (MPOA) covenants and bylaws, it is worth noting that every Swan Villas resident is automatically a member of the Martingham Property Owners Association (MPOA) and we encourage you to register as a member – for free – on this website in order to access the community news and updates. Swan Road Villas is governed by a community elected Board of Directors, and the property is managed by Michael Whitehair, of Oxford Commercial LLC.
