The Quail Hollow Condominiums in Martingham are located on Quail Hollow Drive, and consist of two separate Associations, commonly known as Quail Hollow I and Quail Hollow II. The documents establishing each of the Condominium Associations are similar but separate. Each Association elects its own Board or Counsel of Unit Owners, and is governed by separate Bylaws. Quail Hollow I consists of 4 buildings of 6 units each, and Quail Hollow II consists of 3 buildings also with 6 units each.
