The Quail Hollow Condominiums in Martingham are located on Quail Hollow Drive, and consist of two separate Associations, commonly known as Quail Hollow I and Quail Hollow II. The documents establishing each of the Condominium Associations are similar but separate. Each Association elects its own Board or Counsel of Unit Owners, and is governed by separate Bylaws. Quail Hollow I consists of 4 buildings of 6 units each, and Quail Hollow II consists of 3 buildings also with 6 units each. Each unit is a two-story structure, with a second story deck overlooking landscaped green spaces, a ground level patio with space for private plantings, and a garage. The exterior façades of all the buildings are similar, contributing to a pleasing, uniform appearance, with convenient parking for owners and additional parking for guests.

The residents of Quail Hollow enjoy a large, open common area available for community functions in a quiet setting along the third fairway of the Links at Perry Cabin. Both Associations are currently managed by Michael Whitehair of Oxford Commercial LLC in Easton, MD.
