Greetings to all owners, residents and all interested in our community.

Widgeon Place is a delightful combination of fairway living, a relaxed atmosphere and friendly people. Our 42 townhome style units are ensconced between the twelfth and thirteenth fairways of the prestigious Links at Perry Cabin Golf Course. There is a sense of privacy and community in the well- maintained setting of Widgeon Place. Residents enjoy stunning sunsets on summer evenings.

We have a separate set of Widgeon Place Bylaws and Covenants, which take precedent over the MPOA Bylaws, and I encourage you to review them to get a better understanding of how our HOA operates. The Widgeon Place documents are posted under the “Bylaws and Covenants” tab on the member login section of the MPOA website: www.martinghamproperty.com.

The water system is owned and operated by Martingham Utilities Co-Operative(MUC). Please see the MUC section in the member login section for more details.

As you may know, the Eastern Shore is known as “The Land of Pleasant Living”and Widgeon Place is a sparkling example of how to live that dream.
